These Terms of Service apply to your use of tidyfern.shop and purchases from TURNER QAVRIXEL COMMERCE LLC, operating as Tidy Fern (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with a parent or legal guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Protect any customer account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Products and assembly

We sell furniture and home organization products. Review dimensions, color options, included components, and assembly requirements before purchasing. Follow supplied assembly, anchoring, care, and safety instructions. Do not exceed stated limits or use products for unintended purposes.

Many items require assembly. Decorative items shown in styled images are excluded unless the product description includes them. Lighting and screens can affect color appearance; this does not remove rights concerning incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed goods.

Pricing and payment

All prices and payments are in USD. Product prices exclude applicable sales tax. Available payment methods, taxes, discounts, and the total appear at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free within our delivery area. See our Payment Policy.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. We do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and offer a resolution, including cancellation and full refund where applicable. We do not substitute a materially different item without agreement.

Order verification and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Payment, address, or availability may need verification before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, unverifiable payment, or reasonably suspected fraud. Collected payments for canceled orders are refunded in full.

Customer cancellation and modification requests are accepted before fulfillment processing begins. After that point, requests cannot be guaranteed. Our daily cutoff is not a guaranteed cancellation window.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days; transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. Our daily cutoff is 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with business days Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard parcel delivery excludes upstairs carrying, indoor placement, and assembly. Orders may arrive in separate packages without extra shipping charges. Customer pickup is unavailable.

See our Shipping Policy for complete timing, exclusions, delays, tracking, and missing-shipment assistance. Shipping delays do not remove mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition, with included components. Opening packaging for inspection is allowed. Assembled or used goods are not eligible for non-quality returns; issues discovered during assembly may still qualify for damage, defect, or missing-part assistance.

We provide prepaid return labels and charge no restocking fee. Authorized merchandise must be handed to the carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization and label delivery. For eligible returns, inspection and credit to the original payment method are completed within 10 calendar days from warehouse receipt.

Warranty and legal protections

Tidy Fern does not offer an additional commercial warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes an applicable implied warranty, statutory guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, rights infringement, malicious code, interference with security, or unauthorized access. Website content may not be commercially copied or exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

Shopify hosts our store. Third-party services support payments, delivery, and other functions and may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information and an operational website, but technical interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unlawful use of the website or events outside our reasonable control. This does not excuse our delivery, cancellation, refund, or other mandatory obligations.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy and advertising choices

See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information practices and advertising choices. Accepting these terms does not replace separate consent where required for non-essential tracking.

Governing law and disputes

Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections. Contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict lawful remedies or complaints to competent authorities.

Changes and severability

Updates apply to future use and purchases. The version applicable when an order is placed governs that order unless law requires otherwise or you agree to a change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
