Currency and accepted payments
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment methods available for your transaction are displayed at checkout. Website payment icons are for reference; checkout shows the methods actually available for your order.
Pricing, shipping, and taxes
Product prices exclude applicable sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free within our delivery area, with no minimum purchase. Customers are not charged import duties or import-related fees for delivery within that area.

Payment authorization and verification
By placing an order, you authorize payment of the displayed total using your selected method. Your provider may place an authorization hold before completing a charge. Hold and release timing depends on the payment method and provider.
We may need to verify payment or billing information before fulfillment. If payment is declined, check your details or contact your provider. If you are unsure whether an order went through, contact us before paying again.
Payment security
Payment details are submitted through checkout and handled by the relevant payment providers. Never email full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or account credentials to us.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment processing begins. If cancellation is confirmed, we refund the full amount to the original payment method without a cancellation fee. A temporary authorization hold may be released rather than refunded.
For eligible merchandise returns, we complete inspection and ensure the refund is credited to your original payment method within 10 calendar days from the date our return facility receives the goods. We do not charge restocking fees or deduct prepaid return label costs. See our Return & Refund Policy.
